In this blog post, I’m going to give you a review of the MLM company, Aim Global Philippines. The goal of this review is to give you an assessment about this company, as well as its products and compensation plan. I will also share with you some MLM strategies that you can use to successfully promote your AIM Global business.

What Is Aim Global Inc.?
AIM Global Inc. or Alliance in Motion Global is a Philippine-based Multi-Level Marketing company which started on the 16th of March, 2006. It is founded by four network marketers namely: Dr. Eduardo Cabantog, Engr. Francis Miguel and Mr. John Asperin. It has over 150 branches/ business centers in the Philippines. You can also find branches in the Middle East, America, Australia, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. The company products include powder drinks, coffee, tea and health supplements.
The company should not be confused with Alliance Global Inc (AGI) which is owned by Andrew Tan.

My first thoughts upon looking at their website is that it does its job but can be improved. You can easily find information about the company on Google, Facebook, and YouTube. Frankly, I didn’t know it was Filipino owned, so that bit was a surprise.
Aim Global Products and Services
AIM Global Inc. markets and distributes supplements, weight loss wellness products, personal care and skincare products, functional beverages and premium lifestyle products.
They have an existing partnership and also the exclusive South-East Asia distributor of Nature’s Way products. Nature’s Way is a manufacturer of herbal supplements based in Springville,Utah, USA. They are also in partnership with Weider, an Active (Fitness) Nutrition company based in Phoenix, Arizona and DSM, the leading supplier of nutritional supplier of nutritional ingredients (including vitamins, carotenoids, omega’s food/feed enzymes, cultures, yeasts, nutraceuticals) for food and nutritional industries which is based in Europe.

How do you become a member of this company?
Distributor packages start at 8,999 which gives you access to 1 account. The retail value ranges from 11,883 to 14,096.
The highest package costs 134,985 which has a retail value of 164,874 and gives you access to 15 accounts.
That’s a huge amount to shell out for a network marketing company. So let’s do a little math. How much does one account cost? Dividing 134, 985 by 15 gives you 8,999 which is the basic package. This is a good way to go if you are looking to build a team fast and has the cash to spare.
How do you earn from this company?
1. RETAILING
Distributors can earn by simple retail sales of AIM Global Products. Distributors are entitled to distributor price which gives twenty five percent (25%) to fifty percent (50%) discounts to all products for life. The products may then be sold at a higher price, which shouldn’t be below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP).
2. DIRECT SPONSORING
As a Distributor sponsors a new member, he/she earns a Direct Referral Bonus of PHP700.
3. MATCHED SALES BONUS
This is also known as the Binary Program. In becoming a distributor, you are able to set up two (2) sales forces under your account, the Left Sales Force and the Right Sales Force.
You simply need to have 1200 points under your left, and under your right sales force.
There are a couple of ways to do this. One is to sponsor a distributor on both sides. Next is to sponsor a distributor and combined purchased sales equivalent to 1200 points. And lastly, product reorder with accumulated 1200 points for each left and right sales force.
A Distributor is eligible to earn a Matched Sales Bonus of PHP1,800.
4. UNI-LEVEL BONUS
This depends on the product order of your group. You are entitled to 5% to 10% of the total sales value of your team. sales of each of your downlines. However, a Distributor can only earn up to his tenth (10th) level.
You earn 10% of the total sales value of every position directly under you (your own downline). You are entitled to 5% of the total sales value of your 2nd and 10th level.. Example, for every blister pack or box (P844) that your 1st downline buys, you get P20.00, followed by P10.00 (2nd-10th downlines).
5. STAIR STEP BONUS
As a distributor, you will get an overriding commission and rebates once you are promoted. This is also based on product reorder or product movement of your group. It is dependent on the equivalent points of the products.
As a Distributor, you need 10 Points Product Reorder to be a Silver Executive. As a Silver Executive, you are eligible for a 10% rebate in all your personal purchases.
In summary:
Global Ambassador – 1000 Points, 30% Rebate
Gold Executive – 100 Points, 20% Rebate
Silver Executive – 10 Points, 10% Rebate
Distributor – No rebate
The overriding commission depends on the rank differential.
For example, if you are a Gold Executive with 20% rebate, and you have a Silver under you with 10% rebate, you’ll get a 10% overriding commission which is the difference of the rebates. For Distributors under you, you’ll get 20%.
The higher the rank, the higher the overriding commission
6. ROYALTY BONUS
This applies only to global ambassadors who have also members who become global ambassadors. As a global ambassador, you will get a royalty income of 2% for the group sales of the global ambassadors under you..
7. UNI-PAY PLAN
You earn 3% to 5% commission from your team depending on how many levels you created.
Those are 7 ways to earn in AIM Global. I noticed something while I was reading about the compensation plans from different sites. Their referral bonus and matching bonus decreased by P200. I don’t know if that is because of the pandemic or if it is something else. However, they introduced a new compensation plan which is the Uni-Pay Plan which makes up for it.
